From the M55, go straight through the roundabout and go onto Yeadon Way. Follow the road through until you come to a second little roundabout. Turn right at the second roundabout into Parkinson Avenue (Which is sign posted towards WATERLOO Road). Follow this road for about 30 yards going passed Aldi Superstore on your left and then you come to another little roundabout. Turn left at this roundabout and travel another 20 yards, until you reach some traffic lights. Turn Left at these lights onto WATERLOO Road. Then go on another 20 yards until you get to another set of traffic lights. Go straight through these traffic lights until you reach the promenade. Turn right onto the promenade and Woodfield Road is the seventh turning on the right. Rayners Hotel is about 20 yards on the left.
